Over 20 years experience in the NSW public sector working in policy and strategy at a senior level in a number of significant public policy areas, as follows:
  • Preparing the first complete draft of the NSW Government's Flexible Work Practices policy in 1993

  • Developing and implementing Performance Management systems for staff

  • Developing corruption prevention strategies and providing advice on corruption prevention at a senior level while at the Independent Commission Against Corruption

  • Working in ethnic affairs, implementing programs for making best use of our community's cultural diversity

  • Conducting Fraud and Corruption Risk Assessments

  • Conducting investigations into allegations of misconduct
